Hablar de comida es bajo.
Y se comprende porque
ya han comido.
Los de abajo tienen que irse del mundo
sin saber lo que es
comer buena carne.
Para pensar de donde vienen
y a dónde van,
están demasiado cansados.
Todavía no han visto
el vasto mar y la montaña
cuando ya su tiempo ha pasado.
Si los que viven abajo
no piensan en la vida de abajo,
jamás subirán.

For wondering where they come from and

The fine evenings find them

They have not yet seen
The mountains and the great sea
When their time is already up.
If the lowly do not
Think about what's low
They will never rise.
